WT-T202 AC EV Charger On-site Calibrator

The WT-T202 is designed for the on-site testing of critical performance indicators for AC EV chargers (charging piles). It measures operational error, energy display error, transaction amount error, and real-time clock accuracy. This instrument is ideal for functional validation and metrological verification of AC charging stations both prior to installation and during routine maintenance after deployment.

  • Harmonic & Alarm Functions: Supports 2nd to 50th harmonic content analysis. Features detection and over-limit alarms for energy display, transaction amounts, and clock errors.
  • Automatic Status Diagnostics: Integrated function to automatically determine the connection status of connectors and cables.
  • Automated Calibration: Equipped with RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces to interface directly with the charging pile, enabling the system to read energy values, billing limits, and current time for automated calibration.
  • Daily Timing Accuracy: Includes a daily timing error test function and supports receiving second-pulse signals output by the charging pile.
  • Rugged & Portable: Housed in a portable engineering plastic case with anti-shock and electrical protection, optimized for field environments.
  • Real-world Load Simulation: Equipped with an adjustable physical load (impedance and power) to simulate authentic charging process conditions.
  • Wireless Operation (Optional): Supports integration with an optional tablet computer for separated, remote operation, significantly enhancing safety and user convenience.
