WT-FY24KD

WT-FY24KD Professional Energy Metering & Electrician Practical Skills System (Cabinet-type)

The system adopts a standardized and modular design, utilizing an Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) for logic control of various wiring combinations. It can simulate various on-site metering configurations, including 3-phase 3-wire (3P3W) HV meters with transformers, 3-phase 4-wire (3P4W) HV/LV meters with transformers, 3P4W LV direct-connected meters, and VT (Voltage Transformer) / CT (Current Transformer) secondary circuits. It enables standardized practical training and analysis of metering system wiring.

Core Positioning: An industrial-grade dual-station intelligent simulation system centered on “high-precision simulation, multi-scenario combinations, and safety protection.” It is designed as a “combat-ready training ground” for power metering talent, suitable for large power utilities, vocational training bases, and industry skill certification centers.

Product Functions

  • System Support: Supports 3P3W/3P4W smart meters and “smart meter + terminal” combinations.
  • Wiring Configuration Modes:
    • HV 3P3W via VT (V/V connection) and CT (simplified wiring).
    • HV 3P3W via VT (V/V connection) and CT (phase-separated wiring).
    • HV 3P3W via VT (Y/Y connection) and CT (simplified wiring).
    • HV 3P3W via VT (Y/Y connection) and CT (phase-separated wiring).
    • HV 3P4W via VT (Y0/Y0 connection) and CT (simplified wiring).
    • HV 3P4W via VT (Y0/Y0 connection) and CT (phase-separated wiring).
    • LV 3P4W (no VT) via CT (simplified wiring).
    • LV 3P4W (no VT) via CT (phase-separated wiring).
    • LV 3P4W direct connection.
  • Voltage Neutral Miswiring Simulation: Simulates incorrect sequence wiring between the voltage neutral and phase lines.
  • Current Common-Wire Miswiring Simulation: For simplified current wiring, simulates incorrect sequence wiring between the common wire and phase lines.
  • Secondary Circuit Fault Simulation: VT secondary phase loss, VT secondary reverse connection, CT secondary polarity reversal, incorrect meter terminal entry/exit, CT secondary short circuit, and CT secondary open circuit.
  • VT/CT Secondary Grounding: Simulates grounded vs. ungrounded secondary circuits.
  • CT Series Wiring Fault: Simulates series wiring faults when CT secondary phase-separated currents are ungrounded.
  • Analysis Tools: Supports wiring diagram plotting and Energy Retroactive Compensation calculations.
  • Control Signal Testing: Wiring and testing of weak-current signals like Remote Control (RC) and Remote Signaling (RS) for Load Control Terminals.
  • Fault Simulation: Simulates typical meter/terminal faults such as parameter errors, display anomalies, terminal crashes, data errors, and communication failures.
  • Timed Assessment: Features a voice-prompted countdown timer (up to 99:59) with pause/resume and a 5-minute remaining warning.
  • Question Bank Management: Allows free combination of wiring elements to create or delete exam questions; supports simulation of any question in the bank.
  • Secondary Circuit Protection & Alarms:
    • Independent Operation: Fault alarms at one station do not affect the other during parallel operation.

Product Features

  • Parallel Dual-Station Design: Industrial cabinet with two independent stations allowing students to practice different scenarios simultaneously via a centralized touch-control PC.
  • Full Parameter Coverage: Program-controlled voltage and current output to perfectly replicate all metering conditions (HV, LV, 3P3W, 3P4W, transformer-rated, or direct-connect).
  • Multi-Layer Safety: Built-in voltage overcurrent protection, CT open-circuit alarms, short-circuit protection, and safety power sockets. Automatically identifies misoperations to cut off dangerous signals.
  • Diverse Metering Combinations: Supports “Primary + Secondary Meter” or “Meter + Load Control Terminal” setups. Simulates 24 complex fault combinations, including neutral/common wire miswiring and CT series circuit faults.
  • Remote Network Control: A single PC can manage multiple units for unified fault settings and scoring, ideal for large-scale skill competitions with “zero manual intervention.”
