WT-T203 Three-Phase Smart Energy Meter On-site Calibrator

This Calibrator is designed for on-site error calibration of single and three-phase energy meters. It supports electrical parameter measurement, harmonic analysis, on-site wiring anomaly diagnosis, energy retroactive compensation (billing adjustment), and PT/CT secondary burden measurement.

Product Functions

  • Electrical Parameter Measurement: Measures voltage, current, power (P,Q,S), phase angle, frequency, and power factor.
  • Power Quality Analysis: Includes harmonic measurement and real-time waveform display.
  • Dual-Channel Calibration: Equipped with dual pulse inputs to simultaneously calibrate active and reactive energy; supports concurrent testing of primary and secondary meters. Integrated error testing of the entire metering installation is available via configurable transformer ratios.
  • Wiring Analysis & Energy Recovery: Analyzes on-site wiring errors, displays vector diagrams, and calculates real-time energy retroactive compensation.
  • Clock Error Verification: Calibrates the daily timing error of the energy meter’s internal clock.
  • Smart Constant & Energy Comparison: Features intelligent pulse constant verification and energy accumulation comparison.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Measures on-site temperature and humidity.
  • Data Acquisition: Supports reading and retrieval of data stored within the energy meter.
  • Data Management: Enables storage, retrieval, review of historical data, and re-measurement capabilities.
  • Transformer Testing: Supports measurement of CT ratios, as well as CT and PT secondary burdens.

Product Features

  • User Interface: Features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen supporting standalone operation. All electrical parameters are displayed on a single screen with a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
  • Intelligent Sensing: Automatically identifies connected current clamps without requiring manual range switching.
  • High Linearity: Provides wide-range linear measurement from 1% to 120% of the rated current.
  • Wireless Expansion: Supports the integration of wireless current clamps for measurements.
  • System Protection: Equipped with over-limit protection and wiring error protection.
  • Manual Audit Mode: Features a manual wiring analysis tool where users can input voltage, current, and phase data to diagnose errors, serving as a skill-enhancement tool for operators.
  • Connectivity: Includes USB, RS232, and Ethernet ports for PC data interaction and local/remote firmware upgrades.
  • Efficiency: Capable of measuring three-phase CT and PT burdens simultaneously, significantly reducing transformer testing time.
